Look, I've been there...

I assumed it was entirely my fault that I never had enough money. I thought I just wasn't smart or wasn't working hard enough. I blamed my aversion to math as the reason why my finances were out of control. I never imagined that

trauma was the reason.


Before you doubt that this applies to you, ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Did you learn the foundations of managing a budget as a child?
  2. Do you feel calm when checking your bank account?
  3. Do you feel confident that you will be able to afford the next unexpected bill that comes your way?
